all you have to do is press the enter button if that doesnt work for username type username ans for password type password

You have to first install the USB drivers linked below...Install this first before you plug in anything. Next get Webjal and start it up, enter in a username....plug in the phone...hit connect in webjal...and it should work.

I have the new i855 and when I try to put ringtones on it tells me that it could not be completed due to file incompatibility or data cable error.

If you are getting a communication error then most likely the ringtone is bad.
Try a couple of different ringtones ,if that doesn't work then go to Harrythompson.com and this will give you the help you need.
