Help with myjal Apollo Edition

I have myjal apollo edition 2.0. It works great on my desktop pc. I loaded it onto my laptop which is a HP pavilion with windows vista. Myjal opens up and unlocks but when I try to connect to the phone it tells me this error "the application was unable to read the required phone information. Please check your cable connection and your prefferences. Click rety to try again or cancel to stop". I checked my cable and the phone tells me device attached.
Under my options the phone type is iden motorola, nothing is under communications port, the baud rate is set to 19200 . I can not however enable the usb connection suport. When I do it says I am running an unsuported edition of windows. Any suggestions would be great as I really do not like having to use my desk top pc. Thank you in advance.

Not sure which one of the two drivers is compatible with your computer but the '32' bit worked for me.

And where did you find the myjal apollo edition 2.0 and did you have to pay for it?

i have the new myjal media pal... its the new version of myjal & it works the same as the apollo edition 2.0.. seems that when i installed apollo edition 2.0 i had similar problems with it reading my phones... once i got the new one though it read it without any problems... installed on 3 pc's, windows xp pro, xp home (laptop), & vista worked i also added some txt instructions & a video if u guys have any problems... Hope This Helps U Guys Out.
