new sim card old phone

I currently have an i730 but miss using my old i90 is there a workaround to use the 3 digit sim card in the older phone. It won't keep the contacts.

inli wya i kno is if u save ur contacts on this program and then put it on another phone i really dont kno much bout it but heard of it
