WebJal error with some ringtones. Help!
Ok so i have tried to use my old myJal Apollo version and also the new Webjal App. Both give me the same error. I have a new i760 and had this problem with my old i730. Some midi files and most mp3 files get the error:
A general communication error occured while communicating to the phone. Please verify the connection between the computer, phone and cable as well as your preference settings. In addition you may try setting the phone baud rate to 19200. I have tried the 19200 setting and the same thing. It is odd because i can upload some files just fine but others don't work. Do the mp3's have to be a certain bitrate, size, stereo/mono? The one im trying to upload is 11K 64Kbps mono and about 130K. any ideas?

Sporting an i760. I like them simple, nice screen, and general features. No fancy crap for me. That's what my camera and digital camera are for.

idk about bit rate/mono ...ect. but unplug your phone from the data cable recconect and try again i have an i860 and get the same errors you just have to keep trying eventually you will connect

Hi I'm getting the message that webjal can't read my phone and to check the cable or connection. I downloaded the usb drivers, but that hasn't helped.
