I730 "Java App Control" HELP!!

I bought the gtcallerid but I cannot find were to activate it per the download instructions..... It says in the phone call folder the last choice should be "Java App Control" but it is not there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i am not even sure what you bought??

is it caller id and you paid for it?? is it special caller id?? I am SSSSOOOO Lost??
