webjal password

My webjal isn't working correctly anymore, It tells me that "the pass word is invalid for the user name" I never had this problem till now, I tryed to put in webjal in the user name, And still gives me this message. Can some one help?

No i did that like 5 time already rebooted my pc 5 times & get "the pass word is invalid for the user name", i know the user name is to be blank, but still get that message?

if you leave the user name and the password both blank and then if you get nothing or the error saying invalid password then it did not install correctly you need to unistall EVERYTHING completely. Then go back and install everything again first webJal then patch then usb driver in that order it should work fine. Just be patient and try again

I had this thing on my pc till I did a buddies 530, then that's when it locked me out. I uninstalled it several times, not unless you know where else webjal hids more files
