help with downloading ringers

after i convert a mp3 to wav and save it ..I then go to webjal and add and then download .....add a message pops up sayin that the ( file name of one or more selected files are to long. File names are to be limited to 20 charters including the file extension)...could ne one plz assist me on solvin this problem by infoming me on how to shorten the file names?.....

you have the file saved on your computer right. Ok go to the file and simply right mouse click on the song go down to rename rename the the file whatever.wav and your done ( oh and you don't have to actually name it whatever.wav just put any title less than 15 charactors nd put.wav after should be done)
