Depends on what you mean by no credit, (I'm assuming that's what yo umeant)... They do have what they call "spending limit" accounts... They'll set a limit to your account, such as $250, which means as soon as your bill reaches $250, your phone won't work until your pay it off, or at least get it below that limit... Also, there most likely will be a deposit, I've seen as little as $50 & although rare, upto $500... I heard somebody say they've seen $1000 deposit but I think it's most likely for them to turn you down before requiring you to put $1000 down... Oh, and of course if you keep your account well kept, paying on time, no late payments & so forth, you'll get your deposit back after a year... Now, if you meant you have NO credit what so ever, not even a slightly damaged or bad credit, they could just turn you down flat...
For your second part of the question, if you do end up getting it with deposit & spending limit, you can add another line to your existing line after your account has been in good standing for a year... That time frame might have changed but I doubt it... Also, they could just aprove your for 2 lines or more with deposit... Now, deposits are per line so if they aproved you for 2 lines with $50 deposit, you have to put down $100 to have 2 phones activated...
