Ok people, no disrespect intended to anyone. A few things you should know : 1) boost phones can be programmed to use the nextel network but don't call us for the programs we don't have them . 2) If you have a spending limit account , hey its because your credit score sucks. And hello a spending limit account doesn't mean you just pay enough to stay under the limit .Pay your bill as usual on time . the limit is there for the company security in case you don't pay your bill ( hence your credit score). 3) If you get charged for DATA its because you went on the internet and downloaded or hey if you didn't someone used your phone and they did . The whole " my phone never leaves my side its impossable" wow what a line of stupidity. 4) You wanna get a phone for your teen-age kid than you deserve every amazing bill you get . 5)the most important one WIRELESS COMPANIES ARE SERVICE PROVIDERS OF WIRELESS USAGE , THEY DO NOT MAKE YOUR PHONE .THEY PROVIDE WIRELESS SERVICE TO YOUR PHONE WHICH IS MADE BY ANOTHER COMPANY THEY HAVE A CONTRACT WITH (IE NOKIA, SAMSUNG, MOTOROLLA) IF YOUR PHONE SUCKS , HEY ITS A MANUFACTURER ISSUE. 6) My favorite one, READ YOUR DAMN CONTRACT WITH EVERY COMPANY IT CLEARY STATES THEY ARE NOT RESPONSABLE FOR ANYTHING SO WHEN YOU CALL IN FOR A CREDIT HERES AN IDEA JUST BE UPFRONT, NO CRACKHEAD STORIES AND ITS MUCH EASIER WHEN YOUR REALLY NICE .

Another no brainer for you wireless users.The whole " I run my business from my cell phone so I want compensation for my phone not working " Ok people use your brain. If your running a business especially the " I run a million dollar business guys and gals" i have an idea get a landline phone . Hey even better get an office .Oh maybe an office manager too. Oh the best part is this brain storm idea. "IF YOUR RUNNING A BUSINESS FROM A CELL phone WHICH DOESN'T GAURENTEE SERVICE 100% OF THE TIME AS IN YOUR CONTRACT, MAYBE YOU SHOULDN'T BE RUNNING A BUSINESS!!!" and another favorite of mine " I WANT CREDIT CAUSE MY PHONE DIDN'T WORK FOR 2 DAYS" ok fair enough i agree but look idiots if you pay 59.99 for a plan over a 30 day cycle THATS A 1.99 A DAY so don't ask for 25.00 or 50 .oo in credit .THATS INSANE!! you get what you pay for PRO RATED . thats fair.

Hey, hey , hey I got a new one today . Ok guy calls in says," my nextel service sucks , its sucked since the day I started 12 mths ago. I want out of my contract and I want this month credited to me ". Heres the kicker folks. He never made a single call in 12 mths about his "oh so bad service" and his service sucked so bad he actually bought a new phone last month. WOW THAT MUST BE REALLY BAD SERVICE . TELL YAH WHAT BONE HEAD CUSTOMER. If your service sucks call us we have tech departments that actually research your area and your SIM card to find any service issue. THATS RIGHT THEY ACTUALLY DO ALL THAT JUST FOR YOU . Oh my favorite part, why the hell buy a new 300.00 dollar phone if you hate nextel that much .Here's TWO HARD SLAPS FOR THE IDIOT brought to you by your friendly neighborhood nextel rep.

I had to throw this one out there . The ever famous " I WANT TO TALK TO YOUR SUPERVISOR !!" , Hey you massive IDIOT customer. WHEN a rep says " My supervisor can't change this , or my supervisor is going to tell you the EXACT same thing " THEY ACTUALLY FREAKING MEAN IT YOU BONE HEADS. 95% of all reps actually know what they are doing , yes some reps suck , I agree. I take way to many escalated calls for reps over the stupidest things. GUESS WHAT FOLKS I END UP SAYING THE EXACT SAME THING THE REP TOLD YAH .And I must say , " I love the , my time is important and I can't be wasting it talking to you" . BUT YOU HAVE THE TIME TO TAKE MY NAME AND SAY YOUR GOING TO CALL CORPORATE HEADQAURTERS TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ME . Complain away yah freaks of nature. When corporate head qaurters goes in and see's that I wouldn't give you 100 dollars in credit because you couldn't get a text message one day . You're now wasting their time jackass.

Hey there again nextel users. Seems like yesterday , wait a minute It was . Ok so guy phones in and yes you guessed it " Why is my phone suspended?". BECAUSE you haven't paid your bill in 2 months. cust says, " WELL I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A BILL IN THE MAIL!" yes, yes thats right oh my mistake customer because if you don't receive a bill that must mean you DON'T HAVE ONE RIGHT OR THIS MONTH IS FREE RIGHT. Surely it doesn't mean you should call your service provider and say "HEY GUYS I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A BILL JUST WONDERING WHY AND WHAT MY BALANCE IS ". My mistake , thats what smart people do . and for the love of God people, the ever famous " I'M A GOOD CUSTOMER I AM NEVER LATE AND I ALWAYS PAY MY BILL SO I WANT A FREE PHONE!!" Ok jack skippy mutant I'M GOING TO CALL THE BANK AND SAY " HEY GUYS I AM A GOOD CUSTOMER I ALWAYS PAY MY MORTGAGE AND ITS ALWAYS ON TIME CAN I GET A FREE GARAGE BUILT OR COUPLE MONTHS FREE " Yo customers , paying your bill and being on time IS WHAT YOU SHOULD DO ,YOUR THE CONSUMER IDIOT.Well untill next time remember , mobile to mobile minutes don't include your voice mail.I don't make the rules .

yes I'M back , with another great customer care call for NEXTEL. Ok guy calls in says " Hey I have been a customer for 10 years .I cancelled my account and went to Verizon . As a ten year customer I shouldn't have to pay an eary termination fee of 200.00. I respond with " Look you fucking idiot, 10 years or 50 years if you agree to a contract and get certain bonus to service or equipment discounts for that contract than you deserve a termination fee.Lets add to this EVERY WIRELESS COMPANY has the same policy so when you're 10 years with Verizon comes up and if your in a contract they will do the same DAMN thing asshole. Your time of service is YOUR CHOICE. You are wanting a service , so you purcahse that service, its what we call business. I will call the bank and say ," hey fella's I have been with you for 10 years so how about a break on my credit card or mortgage ", crips people every business appreciates loyalty but your the one wanting the service so guess what it means ,you pay . Best part the guy just didn't get it . Cherry on the top " don't get into contracts if you don't take the time to understand them "

Since I have the time I WILL ADVISE YOU CUSTOMERS , new customers do not get a better deal on phones than existing customers. Everyone seems to forget when they started service they got the same good deal on what ever was available at the time they started . Well guess what, your starting contract depends on how much of a deal you take . One year contract is a percentage of the phone discount and a two year contract is a bigger percentage . THE DISCOUNT NEVER CHANGES IN ITS AMOUNT. So if you take a 2 year deal then guess what you have to wait 2 years before you get that deal again .How does that not make sense to you idiots . Yes as well, you may hate your phone after 6 months or 1 year but thats your problem not ours, it doesn't mean when you call up your going to get a great deal on a better model . REMEMBER WE JUST GAVE YOU A DEAL ON THE PHONE YOU HATE . The whole " I can go to cingular/ verizon/ t-mobile etc.. and get a phone for free" YEAH YAH CAN **** FACE and its a base model unit just like we give away free and their policy on upgrade discounts is the exact same .You should require an IQ test before you get a cell phone period.
