i870 AND DUMBASS MP3 RINGTONES

Lets have a real convo here. HOW THE HELL DO U MOVE YOUR MP3s you load on your memory card to your phone? For the i870 they try and make you buy the ringtones. Do we have to put it straight on the phone with webjal? I ended up reading the manual and coming aross something saying u cant move mp3 ringtones from the memory card to the phone unless its a DRM. What kind of dumb shit is that. For the look of it, it seems like they want to 1) make u buy ringtones 2) not allow pirated? music to be moved from the memory card to the phone. Anybody got a way around it or some feedback/suggestions?

you can 1)calm down 2)leave with your overreacting @$$.|

.to load ringtones, wallpaper, and games use MyJAL..................look for it on google. pay like $10 for a registration key and load them on your phone with a data cable.|
.full mp3's cannot be used as ringtones.|

hey fury why don't you go find the "hey I am a dipshit" forum

What an asshole if you don't like the responses you are getting just shut the **** up. If fury knew anything he could look at ells post count and figure out he has a little experience with cell phones. Oh and by the way ells has an i870 and he seems to know how to work it correctly unlike some other people like FURY.

Just a question, please don't take it the wrong way!

Not to sound difficult, but why would you want the MP3's at a high quality when it's going to be played from such a small speaker? I was able to use webjal to load some MP3's on using a low kb/s (not 32kb/s but slightly higher). That way you can get more on the card itself, and honestly we can only expect it to sound but so good anyway.

I dunno, just asking.
What really is upsetting about the whole MP3 thing is when using bluetooth you have to code the MP3's at 8bits in order to hear them in the headset. I hope with the next software upgrade they can give a better workaround if possible.

Re: i870 AND DUMBASS MP3 RINGTONES

WOW.

I've been searching all day for information and assistance, and I really want to thank you all for NOTHING.

Geez. I may have missed it, but what the heck is the answer? lmao

CAN YOU, OR CAN'T YOU take a self made, 32 second mp3 ringtone made on your computer that you kicked over to your memory card since you don't have a cable, someway/how be used as a ringer?

Sorry guys to sound like an @**hole, but man......

1. Not everyone knows what you might know
2. it's perfectly reasonable for to get upset/excited when you think you can do something only to find out you have to buy more stuff to do it

Everyone take a breath, and help me. it's allllll about me.

Don't anyone bother flaming me, it won't bug me. I'll just laugh.

So, can I?

tjk

Re: i870 AND DUMBASS MP3 RINGTONES

Is there an answer for this somewhere? I'd rather find another way to do it besides using WebJal.

Re: i870 AND DUMBASS MP3 RINGTONES

all ringtones can only be uploaded to the phone by using a loader. when you put the ringtone on the memory card you can only copy it to the phone as a sound file. The ringtone will only play in the media section and not it the ringtone section.
