Curious as to what SD cards & size (GB's) people are using in there I930's?
I am looking @ the "A-DATA 1GB Turbo SD Card 150X" I read somewhere where most smart phones, palms, etc....won't recognized SD cards 2GBs & up.

One person said they called Nextel & asked if a 4GB SD card would work for the I930, Nextel said they weren't sure if even a 2GB would work.

This person went ahead anyway & bought the "A-DATA 4GB Turbo SD Card 150X" & used it in their I930, & said it works, but that the I930 only recognizes the 4GB SD card as a 3.75GB SD card.

I love my i930 !!

I bought the i930 when it first came out. at first i didn't like it. but after about 3 weeks of working with it, i love it. i like the windows media player and can download a whole movie and watch it on my cell. the outlook email client is great and can view any email attachment sent. after work hours and on the weekends.. i don't even need use of an actual pc.

Re: The I just bought the i930 thread!!!

i guess this is me "hollarin"...well hmmm i bought this phone a while back, not too long after its release, bought the phone for about nearly $700. at first the phone worked perfectly fine, worked nice. then a few moments down the line the phone kept glitching, i was warned by a coworker of mine of the glitches, occasional shut downs of the phones after and before phone calls, screen becoming static'y or foggy or distorted, also phone shutting down during phone calls. at first i was in denial i didnt want to let the phone go and just bare with the problems, until one day i have had it with the phone and chucked it at my work desk, believe it or not the phone worked fine afterwards. but due to an unfortunate drop the phone broke, so i bought another one moments after.

then the same problems occured, but this time i didnt chuck it or anything, but im so frustrated with this phone, internet sucks, camera isnt clear, not too much memory. every option is so hard to set up, everything is made to confuse. there are moments where i would transfer mp3 files to use as ringtones and the phone would lock up. there are times the phone wont charge, or wont connect with the dock, or wont synchronize.

speaking of synchronizing the phone, be very careful with your registration, you mess up? there goes your chances of synchronizing your phone and doing all that file sharing.

speakers arent clear, loud but at times not clear.

please excuse me for doing this but i need to vent my frustrations out with this phone. this fucking phone sucks, worse buy ever, with all the hype its really not living up to it. very glitchy, very clunky battery life really isnt much. and what sucks is that you cant even get a cordless headset for this, and of course i bought this neat looking headset but with an annoying wire going down to my side. im really a big nextel fan. but im not a fan of this phone, and i just got stuck buying this phone cause i like to keep on top of new versions of the nextel flipphones. but overall bad buy, nearly $1500 on two phones and accesories but its all headaches.

two thumbs down...full of GLITCHES
