i860 EXTERNAL WALLPAPER Program....

I have a question. I downloaded the program and once I got it on my phone and opened it I saw what pics are avaiable. But when I picked one it never showed up on my external screen.

what do i need to be able to run this, do i need webjal on my computer. then i can download it to my phone with the usb cable.

i cannot seem to download this program to my phone. webjal gives me an error when i try, says something like not the right file name. it is a jar or jad file, whats wrong.

Hey how can you add more ext wallpaper into your phone

To the guys that are having the problem.

If you get the program to come up you should see add new wallpaper,generate WAL.

Before all of this you should have some(all)of your pictures sized to 96x55 and in PNG format(not JPG)

Then once you have the pics in the box of wallpapers to be added, you click on generate Wal, then Generate Jar, then Generate Jad.

From here you save the JAD to a place you can bring it up.

Now open Webjal and load the JAD file.

I have the program loaded onto my phone it already has some sample pics, my question is where do I get this jar file or jad file to load new pics on my phone

You have to load all of the pics in the WAL first, then you generate the others using the EXTWAL program

How do I put a group of pictures into JAD file and when I do figure out how to do that then do I load those as a java app like the ext program?? So please help me out

The External Wallpaper program does it for you, The JAD.

And yes, basically you have created a Java app that has external pictures.

I have loaded the program and got it working. So it does show the pictures that the ext program came with. But how would I add some of my own pictures instead of the samples ones that came with the program?

I've tried both myjal & webjal and it always looks like the ringtones are getting to the phone but once completed "A general problem occured when communicating to phone try switching to 19200" The phone is connected and I switched to 19200 ...Can you please help me figur this out. Thanks

hi is verry easy went u unzip the file to a folder u open the webjal and look for java app and down load the file that u save to the webjal it show u the ext wall in the java app and u could set it up with your phone at your java app application that how i did mine peace out my niggas

just select the pic and close your phone if your program is working u will see the pic in your external lcd screen
