I870 Problems

I have the I870, i bought it brand new in february. I constantly am having problems with it. I drop calls, have no service, and when i do it breaks up. My boyfriend has the i730 and can be sitting right next to me and have awesome service. I almost NEVER have GOOD service! I have taken it to the nextel store where i bought it and they did a master reset. the problem is still there! Anyone else having the same problems??

Also, Anyone using the Blackberry 7100i? Any good reviews? I was thinking i might switch to that phone...Would it take the same sim card? Thanks!

its not because they are different sim cards i actually have a friend that had the same problem with his they have some kind of glitches in some of them he had to beat the crap out of it and shatter the screen we also had to dunk it under water and open it up and get the red stickers off the board and claim it on insurance he just recently got a new one and it get service fine

I have the same problem with mine, when I stick it on the table next to my i850 and 7100i it almost always loses service and/or has quite a bit less service than the other two, which are almost always at full, sometimes 1 bar less. I just bought mine last week at the Nextel Corporate store in my area, should I try and get it replaced?

I've also had some problems with it not finding the music on my memory card, and the next time it will find it, and sometimes it constantly pauses and starts and pauses again, the only way to get around it is to turn off the phone and restart it.
