i860 wont receive calls HELP
i just got an i860 used, took the sim card out of my i730 and put it in, i can make outgoing calls but the phone wont receive any incoming calls i tried calling it from my house , it says searching for nextel subscriber then it goes straight to my answering machine
anybody know whats wrong i need some answers asap this is really getting annoying |

I would recommend the same thing i told another guy about his i860 battery issues. You probably need a new software upgrade for your phone. you can try to do a master reset on the phone ( menu - settings - advanced - connectivity - mater reset - 000000 - yes - ok -ok
if that doesnt fix it get it serviced is it a nextel i860 or a boost 860 |

Sometimes the system dropp your MSN (Manufacter serial number) and dont let you make calls, you will need to perform a swap calling to 611 ant make a master reset ONLY after the swap. If the equipment is already active in another account you will need to unregister the equipment from the old account. If the equipment is registered in negative file (Lost or stolen) you cant activate that equipment.
