Powerup and Powerdown images

Can someone tell me how to put the powerup and powerdown images on my i730 please?.......I have webjal but am unsure how to change the images.

I did do a search for the information and you should try to be a little nicer to the new people who don't know what they're doing........most like myself, are new to this stuff and YOU think everyone should know the ropes and it bulls*it.......besides, your information is in no way shap nor form helpful to me because apparently, you don't know what you're doing either considering there is no link attached to your message.
