I PUT THE FILE AS A .GIF AND ALSO PUT 130 PIXELS TO THE IMAGE AND I CANT SEE THE IMAGE IN MY i730 SOMEBODY EXPLAIN ME ALSO HELP ME TO CONVERT THIS IMAGE

so the image is saved on your computer and if you go to the image and select properties is says picture.gif correct??

If it says that try to load it again or try to load it onto another phone, it may just not have transfered well at all. If it did not save as a gif file on your comp then there is your problem I use Irfanview to do all my wallpaper work. Good luck I know I wasn't much help but I tried

try to open it on the computer with another program like Internet Explorer and see what it looks like. Also try to reload it
