i730 Housing change?

Hi all,
I am looking to do a housing change on my i730 (silver)
to the Dale Jr Nextel Nascar housing. I have the Torq screw drivers. I took it apart fine except for the mico screw I took it out and couldnt figure out how to seperate the screen or what ever it is, in the flip part of the phone., Any and all help and or pic would be greatly appricated.

did you take out the screws under the moto speaker grill and under the caller id panel? If you take those screws out it should come apart fine.
