I860 Speaker Modification

I was wondering if anyone has heard anything about a more powerful/better sound quality speaker that might be available for the i860? I heard from just about every body that owns this phone that the external speaker sucks and i totally agree. this peice of * puts out so much distortion when at full volume.
i just want to know if there is some way to mod it where i can fit a better quality speaker in there. or if there is a company that will do this for me.

Ive been fauxin with nextels for a LONG time and never heard of anyone upgrading the speaker. just turn it down

take it to a service center and have them replace the rear housing see if a new speaker cures the issue. That unit is not known for speaker issues. Mine works fine at all volumes
