My i730 keeps turnin off

Somereason after i use my i730 in any way.. the screen fades and it cuts off anyone know why and can help me? please help me

You probably have one of three issues

First and usuall the most often your battery is crappy, if its over a year old or a crappy aftermarket battery I would start by putting a new battery in the phone and see if problem continues

Next check your software it should be version R0A.00.09 or higher you may need to just get new software alot of the flips nextel is currently using have issues needing a display software upgrade

Last but not least your flip or phone is defective, the LCD in the flip may be going bad and need to be replaced you said just the screen fades in and out but the phone stays on and working if so I would say its the flip, if the whole phone shuts down and resets I would say the phone needs to be serviced
