Hands On W/ The I930
Well I got the chance at the CES show in Las Vegas to play with the I930 they had on display. I was very impressed with the windows format and was suprised to see what features were in that phone like windows media player movie features for watching vidio on the phone and the phone will be a mp3 player. My best way to describe the size is to put your I860 on a table with a I95 next to it to compair the height of the I95 that is approx it. Phone felt lighter than the I860 in my opinion. I really liked the black and chrome on it as well. The only bad thing I was told by a motorola manager I am friendly with is that the phone may come out mid year but nextel is still not sure if it will come out at all. But some type of smart phone will eventually. I liked the push button flip it was slower and smoother than the I860 and one really cool feature is the return of the status light it glows around the push button for the flip. I thought that was really cool. After seeing it I would love to see the phone come out but we will just have to keep our eyes open.

The i930 is still up in the air if and when it will be coming out at all. But there is an i605 that is just about to come out. It is a candy bar style phone very similar in design to the i58. this phone will have a large color screen and has Bluetooth capabilities. This should be a pretty decent phone I think there is stuff on phonescoop for it. Those are the only models coming any time soon.

You are correct I was just going to leave the show before the call. Thanks for looking out for me. Was well worth the trip back to the central hall. The phone is really nice I liked the features and the windows display.
