Data Cable Help

I have a i836 and the same time I bought, it, I got the data cable. It is the direct motorola brand, and did not come with any disks. On the sticker label, it says Software available for download from iDEN's website. But it doesn't give any indication exactly where that is! Any help? Thanks!

that would be for software upgrades every now and then Nextel / Motorola will come out with new software to keep the phones running as best they can you now could go to their website and do it yourself I still would say take it to a service center unless you know what your doing. I can get you the website address if you would like wel shit here you go anyway
