SERVICE RESTRICTED with any sim card i use?...(the sim cards work in any other phone)

Either you don't have any service bars (signal strength) or you owe them $$$ so call them and see whats up.

the phone is broken take it to a service center if your sim card works fine in all other nextels ( NOT BOOST ) than you almost definately have a phone issue, check the software version of that phone and by the way what model is it?? And what color is the sim card grey, yellow, or black??

do a master reset, then go into the network settings, delete all entries and put it on ROAM ALL on all 4 options!
