That may be a tough one, what I would suggest is to go to RIM ( research in motion) website check them to see if can get it there. Or take it to a Nextel Serveice center and they should be able to swap it for you. It will take a day to swap and will cost you $35.00 unless you have the NSP for $3 a month then it costs you nothing. I would trade it in if the bluetooth just vanished then the unit may have more potential issues than it appears. Good luck maybe someone can still post the software for you.
