yes I'M back , with another great customer care call for NEXTEL. Ok guy calls in says " Hey I have been a customer for 10 years .I cancelled my account and went to Verizon . As a ten year customer I shouldn't have to pay an eary termination fee of 200.00. I respond with " Look you fucking idiot, 10 years or 50 years if you agree to a contract and get certain bonus to service or equipment discounts for that contract than you deserve a termination fee.Lets add to this EVERY WIRELESS COMPANY has the same policy so when you're 10 years with Verizon comes up and if your in a contract they will do the same DAMN thing asshole. Your time of service is YOUR CHOICE. You are wanting a service , so you purcahse that service, its what we call business. I will call the bank and say ," hey fella's I have been with you for 10 years so how about a break on my credit card or mortgage ", crips people every business appreciates loyalty but your the one wanting the service so guess what it means ,you pay . Best part the guy just didn't get it . Cherry on the top " don't get into contracts if you don't take the time to understand them "
